We are expanding our Board of Trustees
As Smile For Life grows and develops we will be looking to expand our Board of Trustees in order to help us reach our potential and fulfill our objectives. We are looking for candidates who may have business skills, good links with the community or simply a passion for making a difference!
With the support of the Chief Executive the duties and responsibilities of this role include ensuring Smile For Life complies with its governing document, charity law and other relevant legislation and regulations, as well as assisting to further our work in the region and ensuring our charity purses its objectives as defined by the Charity Commission.
Attendance at the trustees' meetings, which are held every other month, is required and we would be delighted if additional time could be given as and when necessary.
Training and support will be given on an ongoing basis.
